Aishwarya Paliwal recounted the incident, describing how she was unexpectedly “mauled” by the dog in what she deemed an “unprovoked” attack.
Recounting the terrifying experience, Paliwal shared that the incident took place during her routine walk in Lodhi Gardens, a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. In a tragic incident on February 19, an 8-year-old girl lost her life after being attacked by a pack of stray dogs in the Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh. The alarming frequency of such incidents underscores the pressing need for effective measures to address the issue.
Adding to the grim statistics, another heartbreaking incident occurred on February 27 in Barwani, Madhya Pradesh, where a 2-year-old child fell victim to a fatal attack by a stray dog. The little one was playing outside his home when the dog pounced on him, dragging him towards a nearby area where the tragedy unfolded.
