Three men have been arrested by Pueblo police in connection to a homicide that occurred last June. Jacob Rizo, 30, Haddon Jacobs, 31, and Aaron Cagnoni, 31, were all taken into custody on January 30 on suspicion of second-degree murder. The incident took place in the 1000 block of E. River Street in Pueblo, where the body of the victim, 32-year-old Jordan Robinson, was found in a vehicle.
Details of the Incident
The Pueblo police responded to a shooting on June 19, where they discovered Robinson deceased in a vehicle. The victim was later identified as Jordan Robinson, making his death the 10th homicide in Pueblo in 2023. A total of 27 homicides were recorded in Pueblo the previous year, highlighting the severity of the situation in the area.
Suspects in Custody
All three suspects, Rizo, Jacobs, and Cagnoni, are currently being held in the Pueblo County jail. They are scheduled for routine hearings on April 4 as the investigation into the case continues. It is important to note that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court, as arrests and charges are merely accusations until a conviction is made.
