Accident – Death – Obituary News : A tragic incident unfolded in Krishnagiri, where a 32-year-old spectator lost his life during a jallikattu event near Mathur. The victim, G Govindaraj, hailing from Palethottam village, was fatally gored by a bull in the midst of the event. The jallikattu event, organized by villagers from Athikanur, drew a large crowd from Mathur and surrounding areas.

The unfortunate turn of events occurred when a bull unexpectedly entered the spectators’ gallery and attacked Govindaraj.
