Arrest Made in Targeted Shooting in Unincorporated San Jose
A man suspected of carrying out a targeted shooting in unincorporated San Jose has been apprehended by investigators in Santa Clara County.
Suspect Arrested for Serious Injuries
The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office reported that the shooting occurred on Feb. 12 on Laswell Avenue near Parkmoor Avenue, resulting in serious injuries to the victim. Following a thorough investigation, members of the Fugitive Apprehension & Surveillance Team successfully arrested Cody Neese, a 30-year-old resident of San Jose.
Neese was taken into custody on suspicion of attempted murder, in addition to outstanding warrants that were issued against him.
