Raisen, Madhya Pradesh: Seven-Year-Old Dies in Tragic Fire Incident

In a heartbreaking turn of events, a seven-year-old girl lost her life as her uncle allegedly set her family’s shanty on fire over a dispute in Raisen, Madhya Pradesh. The incident took place in Jamgarh village, located under the jurisdiction of Bareli police station, approximately 100 kilometers from the district headquarters.

The accused, identified as Ramu Adivasi, had been involved in frequent arguments with his wife, leading to their decision to live separately. His wife then moved in with her brother, Rajesh, a laborer who resided with his wife and four children in a hut situated on a farm. The tragic incident occurred when Adivasi attempted to persuade his wife to return to him, but she refused. Believing that Rajesh was influencing his wife’s decision, Adivasi reportedly set the hut ablaze while the entire family was inside.
