Tragic Shooting Incident on Interstate 95 in Foxborough
Recently, a tragic incident unfolded on Interstate 95 in Foxborough, where a 37-year-old man lost his life in a fatal shooting. The Norfolk County District Attorney’s office has released dashcam footage that sheds light on the events that transpired that fateful night.
The victim, Justin R. Parker, a resident of North Attleborough, was driving on the southbound side of I-95 around 10 p.m. on February 3 when he was shot by another individual driving on the highway. The shooting caused Parker to lose control of his vehicle, resulting in a collision with another car. Despite the crash, miraculously, none of the occupants of the other vehicle sustained any injuries.
Following the incident, Parker was rushed to Sturdy Memorial Hospital, where he tragically succumbed to his injuries. The authorities are now seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the perpetrator responsible for this heinous crime.
Public Appeal for Information
The district attorney’s office has urged anyone with relevant information or dashcam footage of the incident to come forward. State Police have already received civilian dashcam footage that captures the suspect’s vehicle in question.
According to reports, the suspect’s vehicle, believed to be a gray, silver, or dark-colored sedan, was seen speeding and driving erratically on the southbound side of the highway. The car, possibly a Hyundai Sonata with cosmetic modifications, entered the highway around 9:20 p.m.
