The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is currently investigating a tragic incident that occurred on Feb. 23, on the 6200 block of Dix Street, NE in Washington, D.C.

Details of the Incident

Reports from MPD indicate that officers responded to the location following reports of gunshots. Upon arrival, they discovered a man who had been fatally shot at the scene. The victim has been identified as 35-year-old Ronald Clark.

Simultaneously, additional officers were dispatched to the 300 block of 63rd Street, NE, where they found another man with gunshot wounds. He was promptly transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.

Police Investigation

MPD is actively seeking information that could lead to the arrest and conviction of the individual or individuals responsible for this violent crime in the District. A reward is being offered for any valuable information provided.
