The Arrest of Jaelyn Williams in Mount Pisgah Area

In a recent development in the Mount Pisgah area of Memphis, Tennessee, a man named Jaelyn Williams has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident that took place approximately two years ago. Williams is facing charges of attempted second-degree murder and employing a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.

The incident in question occurred on Deerskin Drive on November 2, 2022, at around 7 p.m. Memphis police responded to reports of a shooting, where a juvenile had been shot in the face and was rushed to Regional One Hospital in critical condition.

According to the victim, he was standing outside on Deerskin Drive when a man known as Fatback called him over to a black car. As the juvenile approached the vehicle, he noticed that Fatback and another individual were armed with guns. Subsequently, Fatback, later identified as Jaelyn Williams, pointed a gun at the victim and shot him in the face.

Following thorough investigations, Williams was apprehended by authorities on Saturday. This arrest marks a significant step towards justice for the victim and his family, as well as for the community at large.
