Rajion L. Vu, 25, has been charged with second-degree murder, a crime that carries a punishment of 20 years to life in prison. Vu was initially taken into custody on February 5 for unrelated charges but has since been linked to the fatal shooting through interviews, search warrants, and video surveillance footage.
