The Tragic Shooting Incident in East Village, San Diego

The victim, 43-year-old Ali Jabbar, a resident of the city, was walking with a group on 16th Street near Market Street when tragedy struck. An unknown suspect approached him and opened fire, leaving Jabbar fatally wounded.
