Murder in Gangapur Road, Nashik
A shocking incident took place in Nashik as a 40-year-old man, Asif Fariq Shaikh, was found murdered in the Gangapur Road area on Monday morning. The police discovered sharp weapon wounds on his body and have registered an FIR under Section 302 (murder) of the IPC against an unidentified suspect.
Discovery of the Body
Shaikh’s lifeless body was discovered on Monday at 6.45 pm on an open plot in Gangapur. The police were able to trace his distant relatives and handed over his body to them the following day. The investigation into this heinous crime is currently ongoing.
Another Murder Case in Upnagar Area
In another distressing incident, a woman was found murdered at an under-construction site in the Upnagar area of Nashik on the same day. The woman’s brother has filed a complaint against her husband and his four relatives. The police are actively investigating this case to bring the perpetrators to justice.
