According to law enforcement officials, 22-year-old Treshawn Tooks of Kenosha was wanted in connection to a fatal shooting that occurred on February 10th. Tooks is expected to be charged with first-degree intentional homicide.

The victim, identified as 20-year-old Julian Flores, was shot multiple times near the intersection of 42nd and Sheridan. Authorities have revealed that Flores sustained several gunshot wounds.
