In a heartbreaking turn of events, a 22-year-old youth, identified as Deepak Kumar from Kanti in Muzaffarpur district, was discovered dead in his hostel room in Pragati Path, East Boring Canal Road, Patna. The grim discovery was made when Deepak’s roommate found the door to their hostel room locked from the inside. Despite repeated attempts to contact him, there was no response.
