After the TVI was performed, officers extracted Henry Jackson from the passenger side of the vehicle. He was found to be in possession of a loaded handgun and Ms. Albrow’s wallet. Despite immediate attempts to render aid, Mr. Jackson was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Officer Matt Anderson, who performed the TVI, accelerated to 88 mph to execute the maneuver.
