14-Year-Old Zaydrian Valdez Fatally Shot in Overnight Incident in Lubbock, Texas

LUBBOCK, Texas — Zaydrian Valdez, a 14-year-old, has been identified as the victim of a shooting that occurred overnight near 82nd Street and Highway 87, according to the Lubbock Police Department.

The police released a statement stating that Valdez and five other individuals were involved in committing vehicle burglaries, during which firearms were stolen.
