Man Fatally Struck by Vehicle in East Delhi

New Delhi, Dec 2 (SocialNews.XYZ) – A 35-year-old man died after being hit by a vehicle in east Delhi, according to a police official. The incident occurred on Friday at 11:30 p.m. when a police team was patrolling the area and noticed a group of people gathered at a U-turn leading to Meerut Point in the Mandawali area.

Upon reaching the spot, the patrolling team discovered the lifeless body of Rajbir, a resident of Mandawali and a native of district Shahjahanpur in Uttar Pradesh, lying near a footpath. The body had injuries on the face, as confirmed by another police team that arrived at the scene. The Crime team with FSL experts were called to conduct an investigation, and the body was subsequently shifted to the mortuary.

Based on the inspection by the FSL and Crime teams, an FIR under sections 279 and 304 A of the Indian Penal Code has been registered, and further investigation is underway, stated the official.

The incident has left the local community in shock and mourning. Rajbir’s family and friends are devastated by the tragic loss. The police are working to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the incident and are appealing to anyone with information to come forward and assist in their investigation.
